Odzala–Kokoua National Park is a national park located in the Republic of the Congo. It is the second-largest national park in the country and the largest in Central Africa. The park is divided into two, the Odzala National Park in the north and the Kokoua National Park in the south. The two parks are connected by a bridge over the Kouilou River. The park is known for its rich biodiversity including gorillas, chimpanzees, forest elephants and other large mammals. It also contains a variety of bird and reptile species. The park is also home to the Mbeli Bai swamp, a flooded forest and one of the most important sites for the study of western lowland gorillas.
