Check-in is usually between 12:00–2:00 PM, and check-out is around 10:00–11:00 AM. The lodge operates on a full-board basis, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. Meals are freshly prepared using local ingredients and served in a rustic dining area or on verandas overlooking the crater lake and surrounding hills. Tea, coffee, and light snacks are available during the day, and dietary requirements can be arranged in advance.
