Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM, with accommodation offered on a full board basis including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wi-Fi is available in main areas, and the lodge operates fully on solar power with backup systems. Children are allowed subject to lodge policy, and access is via scheduled or charter flights to Pakuba Airstrip followed by a road transfer, or by road from Kampala (approximately 5–6 hours). Rates typically include accommodation, all meals, tea and coffee, drinking water, selected beverages, and use of lodge facilities. Advance booking is essential due to limited suites, cancellation policies vary, park fees and conservation levies are excluded, activities are arranged separately, and travel insurance is advised
